Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Requests for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us within 14 days after you have informed us of your intention to use the right of withdrawal.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to Caveparfumerie@gmail.com. The message must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any decrease in the value of the item. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive only part or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Cave Parfumerie to assess the condition of the item.
Warranty
You have a 2-year warranty on products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be reported to Cave Parfumerie within a reasonable time after receiving the item.
A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper or unusual use of the product.
Cave Parfumerie covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
