How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pack and ship all orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery then usually takes:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days or your parcel seems delayed, please contact us at info@caveparfumerie.com. We'll follow up with DHL right away and do everything we can to get your order to you safely.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once you receive your confirmation email, it means your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment. It will soon be handed over to our courier for delivery.
If you haven't received your confirmation email yet, your order is still being processed. We're working hard to get it ready as quickly as possible.
How are your samples made?
Most of our fragrance samples are carefully hand-decanted in-house. This means they won't arrive in the original packaging you would receive when purchasing directly from the brand, but rest assured—the fragrance inside is 100% authentic and exactly the same.
Every sample is measured with precision to ensure you receive the exact volume you ordered, allowing you to experience each fragrance with complete confidence.
