Products

We are an official retailer of all the brands we sell. All full-size bottles are authentic and sourced directly from the brands. Our samples are hand-decanted from original bottles, so they do not come in the brand's original packaging.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when your order is placed.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is binding once you have received this confirmation. Please check that the details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.

Pre-orders

If you order a pre-order item together with an item in stock, the whole order is shipped once the pre-order item arrives.

Delivery

We pack and ship all orders every Tuesday and Thursday with DHL. Delivery usually takes 1 business day in Denmark and 3–7 business days in the rest of Europe, counted from the day we ship your order. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Because perfume is a hygiene product, special rules apply to opened and sealed items and to samples. Read the full rules, the withdrawal form and our right to complain in our Refund Policy.

Personal data

We only use your personal data to process your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first at info@caveparfumerie.com. We will always try to find a solution.

If we cannot agree, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus (the Danish Consumer Complaints Board), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via forbrug.dk. Price limits and a fee apply.

If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Denmark at forbrugereuropa.dk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
