Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at info@caveparfumerie.com before the 14 days have passed and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Once you have informed us, you must return the item within 14 days. You pay the return shipping costs.

Sealed and opened products

Perfume is a hygiene product, so returns of opened items are limited:

• Sealed bottles: Once the seal (cellophane, foil or factory seal) is broken, the bottle can no longer be returned.
• Unsealed bottles: These can be returned only unopened and unused. If the packaging or bottle has been opened, or the perfume has been sprayed or tested, you will not receive a full refund. We deduct the loss in value, which may be the full purchase amount, because an opened product cannot be resold as new.
• Samples and decants: Samples are not individually sealed. They cannot be returned once they have been used.

These rules apply only when you change your mind. If a product is defective, see "Right to complain" below.

Condition of the item

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If the item is returned opened or used, we deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping cost up to the price of our cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. If you only return part of your order, the shipping cost is not refunded. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may wait to refund you until we have received the item back.

Right to complain (defects)

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects in materials or manufacturing.

Report a defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered on time.

If your complaint is justified, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. The right to complain does not cover damage caused by improper or unusual use.

Please contact us before returning an item. Parcels sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
